Business Anaylsis
We will visit the client and spend as much time as needed to properly identify the requirements of the system. Not only do we look at the details of items, such as reports and products but we go into great depth looking at the process of the business. This ensures the final solution will perfectly compliment the way the company works.
Proposal
After in-depth business analysis, we will tailor a proposal to develop and deliver a bespoke business software solution that will make a real difference to the client. All our software is created from the ground up for each client to ensure that no corners need to be cut and our clients never have to compromise their process to suit software.
Development
We adhere to a prototype development model. This means that we discuss development with the client as we are creating it. That often involves giving the client a version of the software early on. This is updated at key milestones within the development which provides experience using it and confidence in its quality.
Implementation
We will often visit the client’s site a short time before the planned “go live” to ensure the IT infrastructure is working and give staff the opportunity to enter data needed. We will also see through at least the first day of use of the system. Because of regular updates during development of the software, users will be familiar with the system and hold a sense of ownership.
Support
Once the system is up and running we offer email and phone support on an ongoing basis. Our existing clients can attest to the swift and professional response to any question or problem.
